I lost my link to edit my listing what should I do?

That is no problem, give me your address that you used to list your property and I will send it to you right now.

How long do the listings last?

The listings are everlasting . . . as long as your property is active we will continue to display and submit it to other sites daily.

We ask that you remove any listings that have been sold, if it is pending please indicate that in the admin area with in 24 hours of a contract.

Is an Unlimited Membership really unlimited?

Yes. If you purchase the Unlimited Membership we will allow you to post as many listings as you would like. This is a great opportunity for agents to co-list many properties if they wish, it would not cost any extra.

Each listing will be a different link, this is great for you because as long as you use the same email address you can use different contact and alternate contact information. You can also share the link with your co-listing agent and they will not be able to access your other listings.

After the first listing and payment has been posted you will immediately be able to list another property without visiting the payment center. Be sure to enter the same email address that was used to purchase your membership and you will skip the payment center.

How do I list another property after I purchase an Unlimited Listing Plan?

Listing another property is quick and easy, simply visit the standard advertising page and enter the same email address you used to list your first property. The second your email is entered we will pull some standard data so you do not have to retype it each time. Continue with the form and you will skip the payment. It is that simple!
